By making a purchase from Zeebrakids, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the policies as stated below.


Shipping and Delivery:

Zeebrakids is committed to timely shipping and delivery. However, external factors such as shipping carrier issues or unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery times. We are not liable for any delays beyond our control.

Please allow 1-3 days for order processing (more during busy seasons).

Zeebrakids is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.


Product Quality and Manufacturing Defects:

Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Zeebrakids guarantees the quality of its products and takes responsibility for any manufacturing defects. If you receive a product with defects arising from the manufacturing process, we will either replace the item or provide a refund.


We hope you enjoy your product. In the event that you don't, we will be glad to accept a return of your unworn, undamaged item within 7 days of delivery. The customer will be responsible for a return shipping cost fee of $7.99.

A restocking fee of $2 per item returned will be deducted from the refund.

We do not offer exchanges.

To start a return, select ""Start a return" on our menu and enter your order number and email address. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label for a fee of $7.99, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Do not attempt to return your order with your own label. The return will not be accepted.

Items must be returned in the original packaging to avoid additional fees.

We are only able to accept returns of items that purchased directly through Products purchased from other retailers must be returned via that retailer.

No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We will notify you once we’ve received and approved your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.

Product Care Guidelines:

Customers are advised to follow the provided care instructions for each product to ensure its longevity. Failure to adhere to these guidelines will void the warranty for manufacturing defects. Zeebrakids will not be held responsible for shoes that were used aggressively. See our Wear and Tear policy for more information.

Wear and Tear:

Zeebrakids is not responsible for damages resulting from normal wear and tear. This includes but is not limited to, gradual deterioration due to regular use, fading, stretching, pilling, shrinking, or minor cosmetic imperfections that naturally occur over time. Zeebrakids will not be held responsible for shoes that were used aggressively. This includes but is not limited to, the use of scootering, bike riding, or climbing. We advise using taps on Zeebrakids shoes.
